In the case of investment tickets, it provides returns over a fixed period, through the Crowlending modality.
How to calculate the returns of my Block?
Depending on the type (Collective Funding or Secondary Market) and amount of the investment you make, you can estimate the return you will obtain from your Blocks.
To estimate your performance, it is essential to take into account the elements that make it up:
- Monthly rent
- Annual income increase
- Capital gain
- Pre-sale discounts, volume or both
What legal instruments backed my investment?
To guarantee the correct administration of the property, a trust is created and a technical committee is appointed who is responsible for making decisions to maximize the returns of the real estate project.
Blockstate participates in said committee on behalf of the investors, in compliance with its mandate to monitor and protect their interests.
What are the requirements to be a BlockState investor?
